Sales Representative

About the role

Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. The ideal candidate can be an experienced automotive sales professional or someone with a strong customer service background ready to transition into sales.

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Stay updated on current inventory, features, and industry trends
• Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records
• Negotiate pricing and guide customers through the purchase process
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements

No prior automotive sales experience is necessary. Candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and a passion for helping people are encouraged to apply. We offer comprehensive training to ensure success through structured onboarding and continuous coaching.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
