About the role
Lithia Subaru of Oregon City is now hiring Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store specific management system/s.
- Stay informed about new products, features and accessories.
- Attend product and training courses.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive sales not required!
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn!
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

- About Us: High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Pay
Commission-based; $3,500 per month guarantee for the first 90-days.
Schedule
Ideal candidate will have open availability to work any day/shift. Two consecutive days off in a row or split days off depending on what works best with your schedule; to be discussed more at interview.
Department Hours
Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 8:00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 7:00pm
