Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients exploring BMW's world-class lineup
• Build ongoing relationships with owners and future buyers
• Guide customers through a transparent, engaging experience from greeting to delivery
• Stay knowledgeable on performance, technology, and new model updates
• Represent the BMW brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

• 2+ years of franchise dealership automotive sales experience
• Stable employment history with proven consistent performance
• Great at building rapport, following up, and maintaining loyal relationships
• Confident, polished communicator who enjoys educating buyers
• Motivated by quality, not pressure

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Pay

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Schedule

Hours are flexible but typically include weekends and evenings.
