Sales Representative
About the role
We're looking for multiple entry-level Sales Representatives to join our Minneapolis, MN team. This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of up to $70,000/year with base pay and commission. Your earnings can increase based on the number of sales you make.
Responsibilities
- Canvass different neighborhoods to attract new customers
- Engage with potential customers to promote our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
- Perform roof inspections to understand customers' needs
- Explain our services and encourage customers to book a service
- Track progress and adjust strategies to close more deals
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Able to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Pay
Your starting salary is up to $70,000/year with base pay and commission. Earnings can increase based on the number of sales you make.
Schedule
You'll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Depending on the season, you may also need to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
