Sales Representative

About the role

As a Sales Representative, you are accountable for engaging with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services, and generating sales revenue in a designated territory. We are a people business at our core, treating both customers and associates with respect, and focus on sustainable growth from the bottom up.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
• Cold call and prospect potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Plan and prioritize weekly customer stops and territory growth efficiently.
• Demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting value and quality (80% of our products are American-made).
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by following company sales programs and processes learned in training workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems and report cost-savings to customers.

Requirements

• Ability to travel to customer locations, company meetings, and other sites within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance coverage minimums.
• Use of a personal electronic device compliant with the company’s Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibits, reviewed prior to signing.

Pay

Uncapped commission earnings with 1st-year compensation plans ranging from $55,000 to $95,000.
