Sales Representative
About the role
This role is ideal for sales professionals who are comfortable on the phone, enjoy developing opportunities, and are motivated by closing sales and hitting goals.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities
- Independently prospect, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls and provide solution overviews and/or demos
- Closely follow up to move prospects through the entire sales process
- Represent a broad portfolio of SaaS tools, training, and compliance services
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Motivated and goal driven
- Clear communication and confidence working over the phone
- High aptitude and coachability, to learn systems and solutions quickly
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred
Qualifications

- Building and managing a strong pipeline in CRM
- Following up consistently to move prospects through the entire sales process

Pay
$60,000–$70,000 estimated first-year earnings (hourly base + monthly incentives)
Schedule
Consistent Monday–Friday schedule | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST

Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a standard office or home-office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
