Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative for Kentucky, Ohio, Southern Indiana, and Tennessee for our plumbing, mechanical, and STAFDA distribution customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key customer accounts to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for internal purposes and to review with key customer accounts.
- Establish realistic sales goals and quotas for their region and team, aligning them with overall company objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the e-commerce experience.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of corporate sales experience.
- Travel to meet with key accounts and prospects (50%-75% Monthly).
- Commercial experience with building materials/industrial supply.
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing is encouraged.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data analytics tools, and project management software.
Pay
Compensation and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The role requires travel to meet with key accounts and prospects (50%-75% Monthly).
