Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Generate sales, make cold calls, network, build relationships with prospects, meet with, and sell to key decision-makers
- Be knowledgeable of our services and products and be able to answer related questions
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed the monthly sales goals
- Identify prospective clients, generate and convert leads
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Manage day to day sales efforts
- Emphasize the features of our services and products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Good communication, computer, organizational, and time management skills are essential
- Must have prior sales experience in the health care industry
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle stress well, and be flexible
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Home Helpers is one of the leading Home Care providers in the nation since 1997. We help clients in the Somerset and Middlesex counties with Companion Care to Personal care services. A few examples include light housekeeping, medication reminder, meal preparation, shopping, accompany to/from appointments, bathing, toileting, and many more from a few hours to 24/7 live-in.
We are seeking a Sales Representative who is familiar with the Health Care industry and could work with referrals from sources such as Hospitals, Rehab Facilities, Nursing Homes, Doctors' Offices, VA Communities, etc.
