Sales Representative

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is a rapidly growing home improvement company, ranked #21 on Qualified Remodeler's Top 500 and recognized with Owens Corning's Top Performer MVP Award. We're seeking driven, competitive individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

Pay

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
