What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect and develop new partnership opportunities across assigned industry categories
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
- Develop creative sponsorship and marketing partnership solutions aligned with client objectives
- Lead discovery meetings and present customized partnership proposals
- Negotiate and close new partnership agreements
- Collaborate with internal marketing, events, digital and commercial teams to develop compelling partnership opportunities
- Represent the organization at industry events, races, conferences and client meetings
- Maintain and exceed new business revenue goals
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of quota-carrying B2B consultative sales experience
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and new business development
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing multiple opportunities through a structured sales pipeline
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
Skills
- Microsoft Office
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, KORE or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Location & Travel
This is a hybrid position based in Tampa, Florida. Candidates must be willing to work 3 days a week from the Tampa office. Approximately 40–50% travel for client meetings, events and hosted experiences.
Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000
On-Target Earnings: Approximately $140,000
