About the role

Ready to build a high-income sales career without cold calling, door knocking, or spending your time chasing leads? Green Star Exteriors provides our Sales Representatives with pre-qualified, confirmed appointments with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products and services. Your job is to meet with the homeowner, understand their needs, present the right solution, and close the sale. Our representatives have the opportunity to earn $90,000-$175,000+ in their first year, with uncapped commission and earning potential.

Whether you're an experienced sales professional, have some entry-level sales experience, or are looking to make a career change, we provide the training, leads, tools, and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, windows, doors, and other exterior remodeling solutions
• Present customized solutions and pricing
• Build trust and establish strong customer relationships
• Guide homeowners through the buying process
• Negotiate and close sales
• Follow our proven sales process
• Maintain accurate customer information

Requirements

Pay
