This role offers no cold calling or prospecting—qualified, preset appointments are provided. You will conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers, utilizing UWD's proven sales process to identify needs, negotiate, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and wants, utilizing UWD's proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn UWD's product line via in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following is seen favorably: Sales, Commission-based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, or other Customer Service-focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to business needs.
• Desire to make money, belief in yourself, and willingness to be paid based directly on your hard work and results.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs (sample windows).

Pay

Uncapped earning potential with a realistic path to make $150K+ per year ($80K+ in your first year).
