Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and present solutions effectively
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and consultative selling abilities
• Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, VoIP systems, and web-based tools
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Functioning PC or laptop with an updated operating system and a quality headset
