About the role
The Business Development Executive position in Henderson, Nevada focuses on expanding the company's presence in the Greater Las Vegas Metro area. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and community partners throughout Northern Nevada
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship management
- Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Establish a strong local market presence through consistency, responsiveness, and follow-through
- Help drive regional growth while building your own long-term career path
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Valid driver’s license

Pay
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 Annually
