About the Role
The Escrow & Title Business Development Executive will build and strengthen relationships with key partners throughout Northern Nevada, develop new business opportunities, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and partner closely with escrow and operational teams to drive client success and retention.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and key partners throughout Northern Nevada
- Develop new business opportunities through consistent market presence, networking, and relationship-building
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on responsiveness, trust, and follow-through
- Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to drive client success and retention
- Represent a trusted national brand while continuing to build your own reputation in the market
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Requires a valid driver’s license

Pay
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. Monthly commissions in addition to the annual base salary pay range: $55,000 - $75,000
