Sales Representative

About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting our products and services in the field. Our focus is on Administrative, Industrial, Skilled Trades, and Professional Placements. Local travel only within a 30-mile radius of Bethlehem, allowing you to be home every evening.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure client needs are met.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience with a track record of building client relationships.
• Valid driving/commercial driving experience and willingness to drive regularly.
• Proficiency with CRM or sales management systems; lead tracking and prospecting capabilities.
• Organizational skills with ability to meet activity sales targets and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and skilled in pricing strategies and upselling opportunities.
