Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their unique legal needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving client engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and legal updates to provide clients with the most relevant information.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Contribute to the team's growth by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues in achieving their goals.
- Extensive follow-up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us.
- Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources.
- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably within the legal industry, to effectively engage with potential clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and repeat business.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey legal solutions and benefits to clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with a legal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Keen interest in staying informed about industry trends and legal updates to provide relevant client information.
