Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their unique legal needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our legal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving client engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and legal updates to provide clients with the most relevant information.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Contribute to the team's growth by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues in achieving their goals.
  • Extensive follow-up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us.
  • Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources.
  • Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the legal industry, to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and repeat business.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly convey legal solutions and benefits to clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads efficiently.
  • Ability to collaborate with a legal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Keen interest in staying informed about industry trends and legal updates to provide relevant client information.
