Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through effective account management and business development strategies.
- Engage with Dealers using direct sales techniques to expand market presence.
- Schedule and attend weekly meetings with Dock Rite, including setting up appointments with current dealers.
- Add new dealers in Minnesota, ensuring a clear understanding of all Dock Rite products.
- Learn and understand all product lines to write quotes effectively.
- Contribute to the development of new products, providing ideas, feedback, and opinions.
- Assist with dealer programs, including pricing and sales for preseason and throughout the year.
- Oversee setup and representation at trade shows and special events, handling time-sensitive product deliveries and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of retail sales and direct sales techniques.
- Knowledge of Lakeshore Equipment is a plus.
- Clear understanding of all Dock Rite products.
- Ability to learn and understand new product lines quickly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
