The Pay
Earn while you learn: $1,750 during the training period.
Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000
Top performers earn $150k+ annually

Personal vehicle mileage reimbursement available. Reimbursement rate varies per California state branch location.
$3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training.

- Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Willing to travel within designated sales territory
- Working cell phone with data plan
- Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)
