Position Details
Starting salary range: $60k-$70k, depending on experience, during the training period. Post training, Sales Reps can earn uncapped commissions, spiffs + subsidy until they scale their territory to 100% commission. Top performers can earn well over $100,000 annually!!!
Commissions on every order, not just one-time deals. Steady stream of income from day one!
Field Sales role in the local territory, reporting into the Albuquerque OpCo located at 123 Montaño Rd NW., Albuquerque, NM 87107. Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM. 80% driving travel required in the local territory.
Car allowance + mileage reimbursement through CarData Program. Overnight stays may be required. Potential travel to Albuquerque OpCo for sales meetings and based on business needs. Monthly Cell Phone stipend.
Job Responsibilities
Grow sales and profit margins through execution on sales strategy and territory management, planning a sales approach customized with individual customers.
Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts, including cold calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Educate the customer on convenience and foodservice programs, new product promotions, marketing policies, service, delivery specifics, and industry activities.
Review daily/weekly/monthly reports with the store manager and assist with any opportunities that may arise.
Minimizes accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follows-up on any problems.
Maintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly for products, to ensure competitive pricing.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance with a clean driving record.
At least 2 years of sales, account management or business development experience.
