Responsibilities
- Assist in assembling proposals, equipment lists, and pricing packages
- Review project estimates and develop proposals for commercial kitchen projects
- Help track bid deadline, revisions, and approvals
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively push opportunities through our sale’s cycle
- Cook up between sales, estimating, design, and project management
- Absorb and share knowledge about our products and services to communicate their value to our partners
- Maintain accurate records and update company’s CRM platform
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial food service equipment is not required
- This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence
