About the role
Cargo Floor is a leading innovator in horizontal loading and unloading systems, dedicated to providing efficient, durable, and cost-effective solutions for various industries worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, trailer manufacturers, fleet operators, and end users.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and close sales opportunities.
- Represent Cargo Floor at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States.
Qualifications
- Nice-to-haves include experience in transportation, trailers, manufacturing, agricultural, recycling, or industrial equipment industries.
- An existing network within the trailer, trucking, or logistics sectors.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Fluency in Spanish or another European language.
