What You'll Do
- Evaluate tour quality and adjust your sales strategy in real time.
- Present Capital Vacations' vacation ownership solutions with confidence and professionalism.
- Build urgency, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
- Congistently achieve or exceed sales, closing percentage, and penetration goals.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and TOs to maximize every opportunity.
- Maintain accurate documentation while following all compliance and company guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive, competitive, and high-performance sales culture.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in commission-based sales.
- Timeshare, vacation ownership, automotive, real estate, in-home sales, or other high-ticket sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong closing skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt.
- Excellent communication and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Coachable with a desire to continuously improve.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
