At our Mankato store, we do things differently. Every employee plays an integral role in ensuring our customers receive the same high-quality service and expertise they’ve come to expect from Bretz, no matter the task at hand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take the initiative to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RV’s
  • Developing relationships and expanding customer pipelines
  • Develop and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline to achieve target goals
  • Implementing strategies to increase sales and profit by prospection within the defined territory
  • Following company selling system to increase sales and profitability goals
  • Closing sales effectively by working closely with our Sales Manager, Finance & Insurance team
  • Conducting market research to produce competitive comparisons
  • Developing and maintaining expertise on industry trends and best practices
  • Maintaining sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory
  • Maintaining assigned company vehicles and equipment
  • Conducting new equipment field demonstrations
  • Monitoring trends in customer’s business activities and providing timely communication to management
  • Maintaining current knowledge of used equipment values and having the ability to evaluate equipment properly for trading purposes
  • Maintaining current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
  • Attending applicable sales training events/seminars

Education and/or Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ideal previous experience: 2+ years in sales in RV, automotive, television/cellphone, real estate, and home
  • Professional and approachable appearance and demeanor is necessary
  • Enthusiastic and strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills in order to navigate our inventory and CRM program

Compensation

  • Training period of 4 months with a $4,000 guarantee per month
  • 20% of the gross profit on RVs
  • 25% of the gross profit on boats
  • $75,000 - $150,000 annual equivalent and more for top performers

Schedule

Full-time
Saturdays required
Sundays and one weekday off
