Sales Representative Territory: Central California

Job Summary

Grow an opportunistic territory and position Berger products using your proven consultative selling skills.
Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with key targeted accounts.
Represent Berger as an engaged ambassador within industry associations and networks.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Logistics, Customer Service, Technical Advisors, etc.) to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain a proactive presence in the market by gathering and sharing customer insights and industry feedback.
Manage customer needs through an established, results-driven sales process.

Qualifications

  • Degree in horticulture, agriculture, or equivalent relevant training/experience.
  • Demonstrated sales success with a solid solution-selling approach.
  • Knowledge or experience in CEA, floriculture and agriculture (an asset).
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Autonomous, motivated, and equally comfortable working within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the territory; valid driver’s license and passport required.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
