Job Summary

Bath Planet of Washington is seeking motivated in-home sales representatives. The position offers base salary plus commission compensation, company-provided pre-qualified leads, and paid training.

Responsibilities

- Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments - Conduct professional in-home sales presentations - Educate customers on our bath remodeling products and services - Design customized solutions to meet customer needs - Present pricing and financing options - Follow our proven sales process - Deliver an exceptional customer experience - Attend team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

- Sales experience is a plus, but not required - Customer service, retail, hospitality, or home improvement experience is helpful - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude and professional appearance - Self-motivated and goal-oriented - Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process - Reliable transportation - Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
