Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Engage in weekly sales training to continually enhance your skills.
• Use our intuitive software to create personalized bath designs.
• Provide accurate pricing information and consistently secure sales.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience in home sales is highly valued; a background in home remodeling is a strong plus.
• Reliable transportation and residency within the Rapid City area.
• Confidence in public speaking and delivering professional presentations.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined work habits.
• Goal-driven, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Outgoing personality with strong social skills.
