Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Delivery Partner Program (Oregon) Uncapped Commission & Weekly Base Pay Medford, OR Job Description This role offers an opportunity to help launch a new delivery partner program by recruiting local businesses across targeted towns in Oregon. You will visit prospective businesses in person, present the benefits of joining the program, qualify leads, and guide business owners through the full application process. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to drive referrals through community organizations and to plan and execute recruitment events. The position involves regular travel of up to a two-hour driving distance, extensive field work, and the use of Salesforce to manage your pipeline. This is a performance-driven role with uncapped commission potential tied to each partner you successfully convert. Responsibilities Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within up to a two-hour driving distance to promote the delivery partner program.Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses, clearly explaining benefits and requirements to generate interest and encourage applications.Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them through each step of the application process.Track, update, and manage all lead and pipeline activity in Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Collaborate with the Field Manager and other local contractors to plan, coordinate, and host recruitment events such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.Partner with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and awareness.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain accurate data and support reporting needs.Provide exceptional customer service to prospective partners by answering questions, resolving issues, and helping applicants overcome obstacles in the field.Drive referrals through community organizations and networks to expand the pipeline of potential delivery partners.Follow up with prospects from home or a remote setting to complete administrative tasks, maintain communication, and move applicants through the funnel.Maintain a high sense of urgency and professionalism while managing multiple prospects and tasks in a fast-paced, field-based environment. Essential Skills At least 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.Proven outside or field sales experience.CRM experience, with Salesforce strongly preferred.Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.Demonstrated ability to work with multiple systems and technology, including CRM tools and Excel.Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.Professionalism, enthusiasm for working with others, and a high sense of urgency.Ability to travel up to a four-hour round trip distance on a daily basis.Comfort working independently in a field-based role while staying accountable to performance goals. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior field sales experience is a plus beyond the required outside sales background.Experience in roles that involved sales negotiations with customers is a plus.Experience collaborating with community organizations, chambers of commerce, or economic development associations is beneficial.Familiarity with last-mile delivery or logistics environments is an advantage.Comfort presenting to small groups at events such as lunch-and-learn sessions or town hall meetings. Work Environment This is a field-based role with a strong local presence in Oregon. The position is based out of one of several Field Sales Representative locations: one headcount in or near Medford, one in or near Tillamook or Lincoln City, and two in or near Redmond (including the Bend area). You will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field and 20% working from home on follow-up and administrative tasks. Most days involve driving to targeted towns within up to a two-hour radius, conducting door-to-door visits with prospective businesses, and meeting with community organizations. You will use Salesforce as your primary CRM platform and regularly import data from Excel to keep your pipeline current. The role emphasizes a professional, customer-facing appearance while visiting local businesses and attending community events.
