About the role
The primary responsibility of a Resale Sales Representative at ADT is to re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers. This role involves providing personalized solutions that combine security, automation, and life safety features, all tailored to the customer's space and lifestyle. The representative will conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments were fulfilled and generate referrals. Additionally, they will cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new sales leads.
Responsibilities

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, emphasizing unique benefits and advantages of ADT products and services compared to competitors.
- Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments were fulfilled and generate referrals.
- Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new sales leads.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
- Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
- A self-motivated and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
- An adaptable and flexible individual who excels in dynamic environments and enjoys learning new systems and approaches.

Pay
Compensation is solely based on the individual's sales volume. New sales advisors can expect to earn up to $105,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000. For the first 8 weeks of training, you'll earn up to $4,000.
