About the role
The Resale Sales Representative role at ADT is designed to help reconnect with existing customers and introduce them to modern security solutions. This position leverages existing customer relationships to drive sales and provide personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Re-engage previous customers through personalized consultations and demonstrations.
- Provide comprehensive security, automation, and life safety solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
- Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable using technology for organization and efficiency.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced sales environment.
