Sales Representative - Advanced Surgical - Omaha/Lincoln

About the role

CONMED is seeking a Sales Representative to join their advanced surgical sales team. The role involves selling innovative technology to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces to improve patient outcomes. The candidate will receive extensive training and collaborate with key healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative technology to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces
• Work closely with surgeons, nurses, OR managers, and other healthcare workers to determine the best solutions for patients
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to continuously improve performance and reach goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

• One of the following: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech, or related clinical experience
• Recent transition from Active Military Duty
• Approximately 20% travel
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to drive an automobile

Pay

The OTE is highly competitive and will be discussed on the first initial phone call.
