About the role

CONMED is seeking a Sales Representative to join our advanced surgical sales team in the Inland Empire of California. This role involves selling innovative technology to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a high level of energy, drive, perseverance, commitment, and professionalism to achieve new sales and maintain existing business
  • Sell innovative technology to the OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery spaces to positively impact patient outcomes
  • Receive extensive hands-on training
  • Ongoing collaboration and development from Field Sales Trainers
  • Earn the opportunity to grow and advance within the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare sales)
  • Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have 6+ years of outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare sales)
  • Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative
  • Approximately 25% travel
  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile

Preferred

  • Prior Medical device or surgical sales experience
  • Experience in operating room environments
  • Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, or clinical workflows
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments

Compensation

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180-$200K (based on achieving expected performance goals)
