Sales Representative/Account Manager (Remote/Virtual)

Responsibilities

• Selling construction services
• Increase client-base by identifying potential leads, crafting proposals, and implementing successful sales strategies
• Exhibit thorough understanding of the company and its offerings while consistently demonstrating its value to current and potential clients
• Cold calling
• Bring deals to close
• Produce proposals for customers

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role is crucial
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proven track record of success
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to pitch to both small and large audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to manage multiple accounts effectively and maintain attention to detail
