We treat them right throughout the job and long after. That's why your calendar stays full. This frees you to do what you were hired for: walk the property, assess the real issue, present the right solution, and close the sale. No back-of-the-napkin linear-foot quotes. No phony discounts to limp a deal across the line.
Who We're Looking For
- Real in-home sales experience: gutters, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, or similar
- Sell value, not the lowest price, and you can prove it at a kitchen table
- Handle "I need more quotes," "talk to my spouse," "the other guy is cheaper" without folding
- Punctual, presentable, and self-managed
- Hungry, and you'd rather have uncapped earnings than a salary cap
- 21+, valid Florida license, reliable transportation, able to travel Central Florida
