Position Overview

• Knock on doors and visit restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout your DMV territory.
• Speak directly with owners and kitchen managers.
• Pitch and close deals on the spot by explaining Grease Giant's used cooking oil collection service.
• Handle objections and secure signed agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with the restaurants you sign.
• Generate referrals and additional business opportunities.
• Manage your own territory and daily schedule.

Compensation

• This is a commission-only, 1099 contractor position with no base salary.
• You will earn $300 for every restaurant you sign up for Grease Giant's used cooking oil collection service.
• Paid immediately upon signup—no waiting weeks for a commission cycle.
• Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions.
• Performance bonuses and incentives available.

Required Qualifications

• At least one season of door-to-door, B2B, or commission-based sales experience required (pest control, solar, roofing, alarms, merchant services, telecom, route sales, etc.).
• Strong and confident communication skills with business owners and decision-makers.
• Resilience and a thick skin—rejection is part of the job.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to follow through independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout your DMV territory.
