About the role

Aerus Water is the Water Service Provider for The Home Depot, offering advanced water purification solutions to improve water quality, protect homes, and enhance everyday life. As The Home Depot Water Treatment Pro, you will conduct in-home water quality assessments, educate customers, and recommend customized water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home water quality assessments and product demonstrations
  • Education customers on water quality issues, health, and home benefits of Aerus water systems
  • Recommend customized water treatment solutions based on customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with The Home Depot assigned store location
  • Perform in-store setups and engagement activities to generate additional leads
  • Manage and grow your sales pipeline by working company-provided leads, generating self-sourced leads, and following up consistently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Manage the full sales cycle from consultation to closing and installation scheduling

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in B2B, Door to Door, or in home sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends (typical for in-home sales)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation for local travel

Performance Expectations

  • Average 15+ in-home demos per week
  • Consistent follow-up and pipeline management
  • Ability to convert both company-provided and self-generated leads
  • Active presence in Home Depot store locations for lead generation

Compensation & Earnings

  • 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential
