About the role

Aerus Water is the Water Service Provider for The Home Depot, offering advanced water purification solutions. As The Home Depot Water Treatment Pro, you'll assess water quality, educate customers, and sell customized water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home water quality assessments and product demonstrations
• Provide education on water quality issues, health benefits, and Aerus water systems
• Recommend and implement customized water treatment solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with The Home Depot stores
• Generate leads through in-store activities and follow-up
• Manage and grow your sales pipeline
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism
• Close deals and schedule installations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in B2B, Door to Door, or in-home sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Performance Expectations

• Average 15+ in-home demos per week
• Consistent follow-up and pipeline management
• Convert both company-provided and self-generated leads
• Take ownership of your schedule and results
