Sales Representative - $1,500 - $3,500+/Week

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-cycle Sales Representative who can own the entire sales process—from lead to close—within the residential remodeling space. This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has experience selling home improvement or construction projects
• Thrives in a consultative, in-home sales environment
• Can build trust quickly and close high-ticket remodeling projects

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle: Lead follow-up
• In-home consultations
• Project scoping
• Proposal presentation
• Closing deals
• Conduct on-site client consultations to understand vision, needs, and budget
• Present tailored solutions for: Kitchen remodels, Bathroom renovations, Basement finishing projects
• Build strong relationships through clear communication and trust
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams for accurate estimates and smooth handoffs
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and hit monthly revenue targets
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience aligned with company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement sales
• Strong understanding of: Residential remodeling projects, Pricing, margins, and scope development
• Ability to run in-home sales appointments and close on the spot
• Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated with a high-performance, results-driven mindset
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base salary + uncapped commission (or commission-only for top producers)
• High-ticket project sales = strong earning potential
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
• Opportunity to earn $80K–$150K+ annually based on production
