About the role
The Sales Representative for Tampa, FL will be the primary brand driver across the territory. This person will own relationships with local distributors, manage key on- and off-premise accounts, and be the face of Bluebird Hardwater in the market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop distributor relationships across Tampa, FL
- Conduct regular account visits to on-premise and off-premise accounts to drive brand presence and sell-through
- Build and maintain a robust call schedule across on-premise and off-premise independent accounts
- Execute distributor work-withs, ride-alongs, and sales team trainings to drive rep engagement
- Lead brand activations, samplings, and events across the Tampa market and beyond
- Identify and pursue new account openings to expand distribution across the territory
- Track sales data, account performance, and report results to leadership regularly
- Serve as the day-to-day brand expert for all trade and distributor partners in the territory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience, preferably in RTD/canned cocktails, spirits, beer, or FMB categories
- Established relationships with accounts and/or distributors in Tampa, FL preferred
- Must reside near Tampa, FL
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a territory independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across Tampa area
- Passion for emerging brands and the craft beverage space
