Sales Rep / Inside Costco / No experience required

About the role

Zipfizz, a vitamin-enhanced energy and hydration drink, is hiring enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent our products at Costco and event locations near your area.

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote Zipfizz products in Costco and at events
• Conduct product demos and engage customers
• Educate shoppers on product benefits
• Drive sales and answer customer questions
• Maintain organized displays and sampling areas
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Consistent weekend availability (typical shifts are 7-8 hours)
• Reliable transportation (must transport demo kit – table, tote, cooler)
• Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable standing for 7–8-hour shifts
• Confident communication with customers
• Coachable and professional demeanor
• No experience required – paid training provided (experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, promotions, customer service, or product demonstrations helpful but not required)

Pay

Compensation range: $20 base pay + commission (earn up to $35 per hour). This position is compensated through a combination of a base hourly rate plus commission based on sales volume, product type, and promotional event category. A complete commission schedule will be provided upon hire. Top performers regularly earn $30+/hour with the opportunity to earn up to $35/hour.

Schedule

Typical shifts are 7–8 hours on weekends. Must have consistent weekend availability.
