Sales Rep / Inside Costco / No Experience Required
About the role
Join Zipfizz as a Brand Ambassador to represent our vitamin-enhanced energy and hydration drink at Costco and event locations in your area.
Pay
Compensation range: $20 base pay + commission (earn up to $35 per hour). This position is compensated through a combination of a base hourly rate plus commission based on sales volume, product type, and promotional event category. A complete commission schedule will be provided upon hire. Top performers regularly earn $30+/hour with the opportunity to earn up to $35/hour.
Schedule
Typical shifts are 7–8 hours with consistent weekend availability required.
Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Consistent weekend availability
- Reliable transportation (must transport demo kit: table, tote, cooler)
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable standing for 7–8-hour shifts
- Confident communication with customers
- Coachable and professional
No experience required—paid training provided. Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, promotions, customer service, or product demonstrations is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Represent and promote Zipfizz products in Costco and at events
- Conduct product demos and engage customers
- Educate shoppers on product benefits
- Drive sales and answer customer questions
- Maintain organized displays and sampling areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
