About the role
Responsible for estimating project costs and preparing sales proposals. Conducts site visits to gather detailed information about projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to gather project-specific information
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction sales or estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
