Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to increase customer loyalty and improve renewal retention rates
- Create and provide proposals, negotiate, and supply related documentation at least 60 days in advance to facilitate renewals
- Document all customer activity using Salesforce CRM System, manage pipeline, and forecast
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within customer accounts, collaborating with sales representatives to close deals
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Channel, and Sales teams to understand sales motions, address customer issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Proactively monitor, identify risk points, and resolve issues to drive customer renewals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through accurate forecasting and sales skills
Requirements
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent business acumen and proven track record of execution and operational excellence
- Passion for collaboration and a basic understanding of internet security technology
- Team-oriented with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably in a B2B context
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system

Pay
The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $75,500 - $90,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
