Sales Relief - Overview

Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii offers a salary range of $48,000 to $55,000 based on experience, with up to 128 hours of Paid Time Off annually to start (13 days). Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with employer match, and 9 paid holidays.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell products to achieve Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii/Odom and supplier goals for on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Cover vacations for sales routes and provide continuing and conscientious service for each account.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following company safety policies and procedures.
• Occasionally perform physically demanding tasks.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; one to two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid drivers license, good driving record, proof of auto insurance, and own means of reliable transportation.
• Prefer beverage sales and/or merchandising experience, knowledge of local market, customer service skills, and experience in the distribution industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to handle competing priorities.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting and/or moving of 10-25 pounds; occasional moving/pushing or pulling up to 250 pounds (loaded hand cart or pallet).
• Regular standing, walking, lifting product floor to waist, shoulder to overhead, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects tools or controls; reaching with hands and arms; talking or hearing.
• Occasional sitting, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

Work Environment

• The work environment is usually moderate noise level, occasionally high due to outside environmental noises.
