About the Role
As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will focus on mid- to large-size title companies, title agents, underwriters, and 1031 exchange firms. You’ll drive deposit growth and create tailored solutions by partnering with Treasury Management and other internal teams, delivering a boutique banking experience that competes with larger institutions. This national-facing role offers the chance to shape a specialized vertical, innovate product offerings, and grow meaningful client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive deposit growth through targeted client engagement.
- Create tailored banking solutions in partnership with Treasury Management and internal teams.
- Deliver a boutique banking experience to compete with larger institutions.
- Shape and innovate product offerings for a specialized vertical.
- Grow and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Act in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Report suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence.
- Report customer complaints and procedure violations to management or HR.
- Report ethical concerns to Associated Bank’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $107,870.00 - $184,920.00 per year. Actual pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. For certain positions, total compensation may also include incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities not reflected in the posted base pay range.
