Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Possess and prospect new referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehab facilities, senior living communities, case managers, and discharge planners, and more
- Pre-qualify referral opportunities and focus efforts on high-conversion accounts
- Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls and relationship-building activities
- Track referral activity, conversion rates, and account performance using CRM tools
- Execute targeted marketing and outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness and referrals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the agency at networking events, community programs, and healthcare meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of healthcare, home care, hospice, or senior services sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in business development, referral generation, and relationship management
- Strong communication, networking, and closing skills
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently
- Align with agency core values
