Sales Recruiter III
Our client, a global, diversified technology company and the world’s largest online retailer, is seeking a Sales Recruiter III to join their US recruiting organization. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit team specializing in the sourcing and recruitment of high-level sales candidates.
About the role
This role requires a strong closer who can finish the task of bringing very high-level candidates into the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and be a polished and persuasive communicator. This team member will interface with high-level internal customers and should be able to create hiring plans related to business needs, headcount, and strategy while aligning closely with internal stakeholders.
You must be located in Seattle or willing to work in the office in Arlington, VA. You must have recruited for high-level sales roles and/or go-to-market (GTM) for tech companies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
- Drive candidate generation efforts through innovative sourcing techniques and market research.
- Manage candidate pipelines by building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit, motivation, and chemistry.
- Screen, interview, and prepare a high-quality candidate slate within designated timelines.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or technical environment and for executive-level positions.
- Knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing tools, and techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

$52–59/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PT (flexible)
11-month contract with potential for hire or extension. 100% onsite in Arlington, VA 22202.
