Sales Recruiter III
Our client, a global, diversified technology company and the world’s largest online retailer, is seeking a Sales Recruiter III to join their US recruiting organization. This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit team specializing in the sourcing and recruitment of high-level sales candidates.
About the role
This role requires a strong closer who can finish the task of bringing very high-level candidates into the organization. You should have strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and be a polished and persuasive communicator. This team member will interface with high-level internal customers and create hiring plans related to business needs, headcount, and strategy while aligning closely with internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships. You must be located in either Seattle or be willing to work in the office. You must have recruited for high-level sales roles and/or GTM for tech companies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
- Drive candidate generation efforts through innovative sourcing techniques and market research.
- Manage candidate pipelines by building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit, motivation, and chemistry.
- Screen, interview, and prepare a high-quality candidate slate within designated timelines.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or technical environment and for executive-level positions.
- Knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing tools, and techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Pay
$52–59/hour (depending on experience).
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT (flexible).
Locations: Seattle, WA 98101 (100% onsite) or Arlington, VA (100% onsite). Job type: 11-month contract with potential for hire or extension.
