Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The Sales Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales professionals who will drive growth and success for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Sources, attracts, and hires top-tier sales professionals
- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Utilizes AI tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information
- Ensures final hiring decisions are made by humans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales recruiting or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with ATS systems and CRM software
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-caliber sales talent
- Excellent understanding of sales processes and industry trends
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position
Hybrid work model: Work from home 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days working from the office in Chandler, Arizona.
Regularly scheduled meetings and team collaboration sessions will be conducted in person at the office.
Remote work is supported and encouraged, with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week.
