About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Recruiter to join our team and help us build the future of construction. In this role, you’ll recruit across an assigned region for our sales team, develop deep expertise in your roles and market, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet evolving talent needs. You’ll drive innovative sourcing strategies, manage the full hiring process, and ensure our recruiting practices align with legal standards—all while helping us grow a high-performing, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for sales roles across an assigned region, serving as a subject matter expert for your market and positions.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job specifications, and hiring goals.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies, leveraging multiple sources to maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
  • Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs, including time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and collaborate with the Talent and onboarding teams to finalize offers.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with current legal standards and collaborate with the team to refine hiring processes and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment, preferably in the construction industry or similar operations-focused fields.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, Grayscale).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Experience developing recruitment strategies and advanced proficiency in productivity software, database management, and boolean search techniques.
  • Proven success conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field.
  • Ability to travel as required.
